June
7th 1999 - As you probably already know, UFO did a couple
of shows for King Biscuit
Flower
Hour in the early eighties. We at the UFO Appreciation Society
have
had some recent discussions with the people at King Biscuit
about
the
possibility of getting these shows released. Basically they
are
prepared
to make a release provided we can prove that there is a demand.
This
they say is usually judged by the amount of e-mails they receive.
If
we as UFO fans bombard them with requests for this UFO material
to
see
the light of day, then they will not ignore us. I am asking
if you
can
all e-mail King Biscuit on as many different e-mail ID's that
you
can.
Get your friends to write. Repeat your requests each week. WE
CAN
REALLY
DO THIS IF WE WORK TOGETHER.
Ok,
to e-mail King Biscuit
send to (mobdoll@aol.com) or write:

June 1999 - Paul Raymonds "Man On A Mission" album is now
available on Zoom Club ZCR CD12 or
by
telephone: +44 (0) 0181 401 2904 or via the PRP
Web Site.
I
have listened to the album and strongly recommend it. Paul Raymond
has made a solo album here worthy to any collectors
record
collection. Guitarist Andy Simmons shines through and was connected
to Paul through our own Michael Pincher.
