When? February 18th & 19th 2011 DOA stands for the DEAN OWNERS OF AMERICA CLUB. Now in its 10th year, the annual DOA meeting held in Tampa, FL gives DOA members a weekend of guitars, music, friendship, food, spirits, an exclusive tour of DEAN GUITARS USA HEADQUARTERS and CUSTOM SHOP and a chance to rub shoulders and even rock out with their favorite Dean Artists. This year the DOA Party, taking place Feb. 18th at the beautiful KAPOK TREE PAVILION, will feature live performances by both Michael Angelo Batio and Vinnie Moore. Joining Batio and Moore on stage will be Elliott "Dean" Rubinson, owner of Dean Guitars as well as drummer extraordinaire, BRIIAN TICHY of Whitesnake. Dean Product Manager Eric Stewart will also be joining Vinnie Moore on stage. The night will also feature bands made up of DOA members from around the world. it really is a great night! The Dean Factory tour takes place on Sat. Feb 19th and includes a guided tour of the Dean USA Custom Woodshop, Dean Pro shop, Dean Artist Room and much more. It is truly a behind the scenes look at the inner workings of America's coolest guitar company. |
